He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman L. Gray and Letha Polk Gray. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Duck Gray of White Hall; his daughter Charlotte Martin (Brad) of White Hall; his sister Laura Keene of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Camryn Ruggeri-Bryant (Kody) of Millington, TN and Grayson Martin of White Hall.
