He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles David and Martha Fern Griffin Bailey; his wife Sandra "Sandi" Mosmeyer Bailey; his children, Tarrah Lofton (Chris) of Jefferson, Heath Bailey (Beth) of Montpelier, Heather Amerson (Keith) of Jefferson, Tiffany Harris (Wesley) of Tucker and Stormi Hale (Andrew) of White Hall; his grandchildren, Jason, Garet, Laken, Anna Kathryn, Libby, Will, Jake, Allison, Hank, John Waylon, Addison, Alyssa, Peyton and Caleb; his siblings, Randy Bailey of Hot Springs and Gina Dean (Jim) of Morrilton; and his cousin Rhonda Sue Carter of Sheridan. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, a host of extended family, friends, neighbors.
