He is survived by: his wife Loretta Andrus Hornsby; his children, Kera Galster (Gabe) of Hot Springs and Brian Ross Hornsby; his sister Betty Yvonne Livingston; and his grandchildren, Jessica Morgan Hornsby, Gabriel Michael Galster and Noah Allen Galster.
