It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Arthur Decker of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Casco Township, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Decker and Ellen Peterson Decker; his former wife Roberta Decker; his wife Debra Decker; and his children, Dirk Decker and Pamela Decker.
He is survived by: his daughter Karla Grinage (Kim); his stepson Anthony Dulin; and his grandson Kenneth Grinage.
