She was predeceased by: her father Carl Neely; her husband John D. Sipes; and her daughter Tina Sipes Hoskins. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Sipes of Star City and Marty Sipes (Glenda) of White Hall; her sisters, Betty Neely Swinney of Houston, TX. and Joyce Neely Took of Star City; and her son-in-law Davis Hoskins. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
