With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matt Williams of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 37. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Worth, Suzanne Gibson and Dana Williams; and his uncle Steve Brown. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Williams and Marcia Williams of Greenville, Mississippi; his sisters, Kara Williams of Littleton, Colorado and Marina Enbelbrecht Cooper (Duane) of Augusta, Georgia; his uncles, Mark Gibson (Lisa) of Rogers and Phil Gibson (Russell Blake) of Atlanta, Georgia; his aunt Paula Brown of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his cousins, Tim Gibson of Rogers, Natalie Gibson of Rogers, Katherine Anne Wilkie (Jake) of Rogers, Joe Gibson (Miranda) of Rogers, Brady Brown (Courtney) of Little Rock and Ben Brown (Lainey) of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Emerson Memorial Chapel (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
