He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Stout and Eloise Dumas Stout; his daughter Valerie Stout Munn; and his brother Gary Lynn Stout. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Moore Green; his sister Sharon Webb (Garland); and his granddaughter Sammie Rankin.
