It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Chavis of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Henry Shinall; and her husband Robert E. "Bob" Chavis, Sr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Juanita Tucker and Oletha Shinall; her children, Robert E. "Bob" Chavis, Jr. (Lisa), John L. Chavis, Bruce A. Chavis (Karri) and Amelia "Amy" Chavis Dardenne (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Ryan Dardenne (Hanna), Katy Chavis, Justin Dardenne, Summer Chavis, Josh Dardenne, Jared Chavis and Lyndsi Chavis.
