She is survived by: her sons, Scott and Robert Summers; her grandchildren, Scott Wayne Summers, Haley Summers, Jessica Moravec (Jason), Heather McGoyne (Kenny), Summer Cargile and Andrew Summers; her great grandchild Waylon Moravec; and her sisters, Vonda Fair and Edith Irby.
