He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wisener and Libby Hargis Wisener; his son Jonathan Christopher Wisener; and his brother James Wayne Wisener, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Willis Wisener of White Hall, Arkansas; his daughter Monica Welch (David) of White Hall, Arkansas; and his sister Judy Wisener Burns of Little Rock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
