He is survived by: his wife Loice Smith of White Hall; his daughters, Kim Cason of White Hall and Tammy Caldwell (Wayne) of Dumas; his grandchildren, Josh Phillips, Katelyn Phillips and Addison Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Beckett and Banks Phillips.
