He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joyce Pennington Sr. and Gladys Marie Jarrett Pennington; and his sister Vivian Garlington. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cooper Pennington; his daughters, Ginger Pennington, Deborah Lynn Biggers, Lucy Tillman, Donna Swartz and Lela Cooper; and his sister Brenda Russell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
