She is survived by: her husband Jerry Pennington; her children, Kevin Pennington (Stephanie) of White Hall and Karen Womack (Kevin) of Enid, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Peggy Chapman of Tillar, Glenda McEwen of Conway, Judy Smith of Bella Vista and Jane Donley of Winchester. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three honorary grandchildren and their parents.
