He was predeceased by: his parents, James Langford Truhett and Annie Cook Truhett. He is survived by: his wife Connie Cox Truhett; his children, Tracy Truhett Reed (Doug), Allen Truhett (Arlene), Brian Truhett, Shawn Truhett (Laura) and Tom Truhett (Becca); his siblings, Hershel Truhett, Jeanette Underwood and Joyce Stringfellow; his sister-in-law June Cox; his grandchildren, Brandon, Casey, Jennifer, Justin, Hunter, Jonathan, Tyler, Cole and Zack; and his great grandchildren, Brody, McKinley and Bennett.
