He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Pierce and Lester Leona Riggan Pierce; and his brothers, Larry Pierce and Marlon Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Womack Pierce; his daughters, Patricia Lanell Chance (Richard), Rose McKinley (Allan) and Terri Tucker (Dan); and his grandchildren, Traci Clark, Laura Beth Morrow, James Micah McKinley, Danielle Hayes and Jordan Tucker. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
