He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Nelson and Josephine Nelson; and his wife Phyllis Nelson. He is survived by: his son Michael Nelson (Tricia) of White Hall; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kayla and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Johnny and Kristen.
