He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Powell; his son Dustin Powell (Liz); his granddaughter Scarlett Powell; his brothers, Ron Powell (Janelle) and Robert Raye Powell (Fadelle); and his sisters-in-law, Terry, Stephanie Gross, Shirley (Tony Knight), Gail (Ricky Altschul), Diane Gross (Kenneth) and Becky Gross.
