He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Qualls of White Hall, Sandra Phillips (Scott) of White Hall and Candice Ross (Norman) of Tontitown; and his sisters, Betty Falls of White Hall, Jessie Spillyards of White Hall and Dora Wood (Verlon) of Bella Vista. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
