He was predeceased by: his parents, Holbert Worthen and Hazel Ashcraft Worthen; and his sister Rita Worthen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Worthen of White Hall; his sons, Robert Worthen of Georgia and Jeffrey Worthen (Courtney) of Benton; his granddaughter Sierra Worthen of Georgia; his great grandchild Daisy Marie; his stepgrandson Justin Lynn of Redfield; and his brothers, Carrol Worthen (Patsy) of Pine Bluff and Jesse Worthen (Patsy) of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
