She was predeceased by: her parents, John Washington McPherson and Maggie Lee Finch McPherson; her husband Frank Cresswell; her son Larry David Cresswell; and her brothers, Thomas, Opie and Vernon McPherson.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Steven Cresswell (Arlene) of Front Royal, Virginia and Cindy Coleman England (R. J.) of White Hall; her sisters, Hazel Kinder of Poplar Bluff and Joni Dinsmore of Santa Rosa, California; and her grandchildren, Steve, Shaun Cresswell, Wendy, Christina Littledale and Caitlin Morrison. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
