He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Doggett and Mable Doggett; and his son Michael Delane Doggett. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, David (Brooke Doggett) of White Hall, John (Amber Doggett) of Benton and Doug Doggett of Jonesboro; and his brothers, James Doggett (Betty) and Charles Doggett (Janis) of Warren. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

" Don;t worry about the mule going blind, you just load the wagon" was one of his favorite sayings and a line I used many times in my life. My kids have heard it a million times and they have also heard me speak of my admiration for this wonderful Christian man. To Mary and the boys I send hugs and prayers. We were all blessed by having Ed in our lives. We are so sad but Heaven just got better.”
