He is survived by: his adoptive parent Dale Quakenbush; his wife Tami Smithburg Quakenbush; his sons, Dale Quakenbush of The Dalles, Corey Quakenbush of Lincoln City and David Quakenbush of Sioux Falls; his stepsons, Donovan Steele of Greers Ferry and Chase Steele of White Hall; his mother Dorothy Quakenbush of Scio, Oregon; and his brother Michael Quakenbush of Salem. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
