He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Anthony Scott "Scotty" Pierson; his wife Norma L. Palmer Pierson of White Hall; his children, Dr. Farrell Dee Pierson of Knoxville, TN and Donna Kyzer (Rodney) of Rodgersville, TN; his brother R. V. Pierson (Virginia) of Sherwood; and his child Pop. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.
