With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Norton of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on March 20, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Joseph Miller. She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Eifert Miller of Hot Springs; her husband Dale Norton; her daughter Amanda Norton "Mandy" Howard (Jeffrey) of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Ryan, Garrett and Carson Howard; her siblings, Christy Miller Culbreath (Butch) and Joey B. Miller (Christie); her parents-in-law, Donald Norton and Cathy Threlkeld; her brother-in-law David E. Norton; and her nieces and nephews, Taylor, Grayce Culbreath, Jared Norton, Carly, Tristan and Joseph Miller.
