He is survived by: his wife Helen Garner Hulse; his children, Donnie Hulse (Mary), Steve Hulse (Linda) and Stacy Broach; his grandchildren, Brooke McCann (Cameron) and Justin Wagner; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Skylar McCann and Bella Wagner; and his siblings, Billy Joe Hulse, Bobby Hulse, Vernon Hulse, Margie Fikes and Shirley Brooks.
