He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Willard Phillips and Heula Mae Insley. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lee Lachney Phillips; his children, Richard Phillips (Lance Hopper) of Puerta Vallarta and Leah Phillips Wright (Jeff) of Star City; his stepchildren, Kayren Segall (Jim) of Ball, LA, Kevin Guillory of Marksville, LA, Michelle Guillory of Baton Rouge, LA and Joshua Guillory of Dallas, TX; and his brothers, Orville Willard Phillips, Jr. of Bracey, VA, Paul Franklin Phillips of Floyd, IA and Don Bedford Phillips of Camden, AR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
