He is survived by: his sons, Jeff and Greg Blevins; his granddaughter Kayla Blevins; his sisters, Linda Wells (Howard), Bonnie Milam, Debbie Newby (Pat), Anna Lisemby (Larry) and Ginger Chambliss; and the mother of his children Freda Mills.
