Charles McNeill Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charles McNeill of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robin Frair and Mildred Joann Lephiew McNeill; and his siblings, Gary McNeill, Tommy McNeill and Jennifer Glover.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Knight Quarles McNeill; his stepchildren, Lonny Quarles (Regina) of Grapevine, Larry Quarles of Pine Bluff and Teresa Bennett (David) of White Hall; and his siblings, John McNeill of Hot Springs and Lela Hanks of Vicksburg, Mississippi. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
