He was predeceased by: his parents, George Weaver and Hattie Weaver; and his siblings, A. G. Weaver and Shirley Luker. He is survived by: his wife Augusta Weaver of White Hall; his children, Tracy Weaver (Renee) of White Hall, Greg Weaver of Rockwall and Angela Daugherty (Scott) of Star City; and his brother Leo Weaver of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Gideons International or Baptist Children's Home.
