She is survived by: her husband Buford Green; her daughter Tammy Daniels (Marvin) of White Hall; her brother Hollis Worthen (Lucy) of Abilene, Kansas; her sister-in-law Shirley Worthen of White Hall; her granddaughter Misti Lazenbey (Stephen) of Clarksville; and her great grandchildren, Landon Rhine, Lexi Bramlett, Bryn Criss and Zoey Lazenbey.
