He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Haribhai Patel and Vajyaben Patel; his wife Gitaben Chandubhai Patel; his children, Ashok Kumar (Ranjan) of White Hall, Deepak Patel (Veena) of Vachhravad, India and Seema Patel (Hemanshu) of White Hall; his siblings, Dhirubhai Haribhai Patel, Shantaben Ramanbhai Patel and Ramilaben Kantibhai Patel; and his grandchildren, Raj Kumar (Riya), Priya Patel (Manas) and Mayuri Patel (Manav).
