She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earnest Ned Perkins and Irene Mittie Runnels (James); her children, Taijuan James of Pine Bluff, AR, Brandy James of Stuttgart, AR, Aerionna Blair of Little Rock, AR, Shaiandrea Blair of Dallas, Texas and Teireney James of Pine Bluff, AR; and her brother Stacy Runnels of Flint, Michigan. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
