He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Daniels (Marvin) of White Hall; his sister Shirley Worthen; his granddaughter Misti Lazenby (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Landon Rhine, Lexi Bramlett, Bryn Criss and Zoey Lazenby.
