He is survived by: his parents, Willard McGarity and Ruth Newton McGarity; his children, Taylor Bryan McGarity (Kenzie), Kyle Davis McGarity (Bre) and Andraya Spadoni; and his sisters, Lori Allen and Wenona Sexton (Billy). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
