She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Stephenson and Verniece Worrell Stephenson; her sister Joyce Carter; her grandson Travis Waits; and her brother David Stephenson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia "Ginger" Rutherford of Crossett, Margaret "Kathie" Day of White Hall, Elizabeth "Liz" Kennedy of Brooklyn, Arkansas, Tom Stephenson of Athens, Phillip Stephenson of Crossett and Rick Stephenson of Calhoun, Louisiana; her daughter Sarah Waits of Hot Springs; and her grandson Dalton Waits.
