He is survived by: his grandmother Shirley Spears; his parents, Richard Spears and Kathy Spears; his wife Roni Sue Spears; his stepchildren, William Brewer and Rhonda Brewer; his sisters, Becky, Katy and Roxanne; his uncle Curtis Gilliland; and his aunt Renee "Tiger" Wooten. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
