He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Hulse and Cecil Browning Hulse; and his siblings, JD Hulse, Gene Hulse, Doris Smith, Margie Fikes, Edna Guenther, Don Hulse and Bobby Hulse.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Wilson Hulse; his children, Billy Joe Hulse, Jr. (Deana) of White Hall, Beth Agee of White Hall and Chris Butts; his siblings, Vernon Hulse of Fordyce and Shirley Brooks of Pine Bluff; and his close friends, Matt Duncan, Brenda Williams, Tiger and Sugar. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
