We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 91, Betty McCarley of White Hall, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall "M. A." Rose and Vergie Wooten Rose; and her siblings, Sam Rose, Andrew Rose and Luvena Hall.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Kongenske (Mike) of Pine Bluff and Phyllis Garrison of White Hall; and her grandchildren, Kevin (Stephanie), Erica, Jessica (Joey) and John Phillip (Carley). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
