Price (Glen) of White Hall, Dameian V. Lambert of White Hall and Charles E. Lambert, Jr. of Garland, Texas; and his brother Edwin L. Mendenhall of Flower Mound, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
