He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Arthur Wiegand and Margarite Zeisset Wiegand; and his siblings, Larry, Dennis, Terry and Margie.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Wiegand (Stephanie), Bob Wiegand (Lynn), Shirlee Donaldson and Cassandra "Bunzy" Smith (Harlan); and his siblings, David Wiegand (Charlotte) and Diane Bridges. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
