She was predeceased by: her parents, Waysee Taylor and Thelma Willie Mayo Taylor; her husband Royal W. "Billy Ray" Fowler; and her brothers, Jimmy Taylor, Mike Taylor and Larry Ray Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Royal "Bill" Fowler Jr. (Louetta) and Cindy Brazeale (Alan); her grandchildren, Lexy Rayann Fowler, William Drake Fowler, Jacob Brazeale, Josh Brazeale and Justin Brazeale; her great grandchildren, Parker, Jackson and Memphis; and her brothers, Danny Taylor (Betty), Jerry Taylor (Marianne) and Kenny Taylor (Linda).
