He is survived by: his children, James Wesley Sparks of Lavaca, AR, John Paul Sparks (Brittney) of Whelen Springs, Robbie Fulton of Whelen Springs, Stacey Sparks of Van Buren, AR, Mickey Teltow (Chris) of Arkadelphia and Liz Egger (Chris) of Prescott; and his brother Vendon Hayes of Clarksville, AR. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren.
