She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Collins and Wilma Collins (Kelly); and her siblings, Normal Collins, Troy Collins and Ivy Collins (Joe Henson).
She is survived by: her son Dean; her daughter-in-law Barbara Nichols; her granddaughter Ilah Beth Nichols; and her siblings, James Collins (Jean), Ronnie Collins (Ruth), Ethel Collins, Evelyn Self, Mary Lou McLemore and Geneva Deckard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
