He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Brown and Mildred Laverne Phelps Brown; and his sisters, Betty Henson and Faye Lloyd. He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Mary Ellen Wooldridge; his wife Mary Ellen Brown of Western Grove; and his sons, Donald Brown Jr. of Lead Hill and William Allan Brown of Bellefonte. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
