It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veneida Hope Spencer (West Point, Arkansas), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Essie Welch; her children, Carol Spencer Morris, David L. Spencer and Kathy S. Miller; her son-in-law Warren Miller; her brother Thomas E. Welch; her husband Ben Spencer; her father Tom Welch; and her brother Lawrence Welch. She was also cherished by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The family is grateful for the condolences, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Sunshine Haven, Inc., Olmito, Texas, a non profit which provides care and comfort for terminally ill patients.
