He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kemp and Arneva Kemp (Staggs). He is survived by: his sisters, Arneva Davis of Fairfield Bay, Sharon Cantrell of Jacksonville and Kala Rose of Fairfield Bay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral & Cremation Chapel (101 W 4th, Waldron, AR 72958). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Centerpoint Cemetery.
