“Mr. Willie Tiggs family you all have my condolences 🙏. Willie and I where in the 398th Smoke Gen. Army Reserve Unit in West Memphis, Arkansas . The years were 1984-1987. We were fast friends because he knew all of my family from Hughes, Arkansas. He was so funny when he cock side and put that cigarette in mouth and flash those gold teeth. It was time to shuck and jive. I love you Willie, rest easy man.”
