He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maxwell and Lavinia Maxwell; and his siblings, John and Mary Lou. He is survived by: his wife Diane Maxwell; his children, Donald (Heather) and Laura (Alan); his grandchildren, Christian, Jacob, William'Kyler', Jesse, Tristan, Molly, Alana and Leelan; and his great grandchild Violet.
