He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver I. Bollinger and Tassye P. Bollinger of West Memphis; his siblings, Fred N. Bollinger and Mary B. Bretherick; his wife Florence Stark Bollinger (Flo); and his grandson Richard K. Bollinger, III.
He is survived by: his children, Betty B. Meurrier (Kuhron) and Richard K. Bollinger, Jr. (Rick); his grandchildren, Nathan Oliver Scammerhorn (Kerbe), Katherine Sue Scammerhorn (Katy) and Lindsey M. Price (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Mayleigh Scammerhorn, Klein Scammerhorn, Abbey Scammerhorn, Julia Price, Mathis Price and Johnny Price.
