It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Frazier Turner of West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by six daughters and one son; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
